Job Description
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As a certified BCBA, you’ll provide essential services to a diverse caseload of approximately 35-40 students in a setting designed to support those with significant behavioral needs. The role spans two educational centers, focused on one primary location. You’ll be responsible for leading functional behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, managing documentation, conducting debriefings, and collaborating with educational teams.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Experience working with K-12 students who have severe behavioral and physical disabilities strongly preferred
- Familiarity with FBA, creating and monitoring BIPs, and leading debrief meetings
- Ability to work collaboratively with classroom staff, related service providers, and families
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Comfortable handling responsibilities for multiple classrooms and a large caseload
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support behavior plans for 35-40 students across multiple classrooms
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop data-driven interventions
- Train, guide, and debrief staff regarding best practices
- Maintain thorough and timely paperwork, including documentation of student progress and compliance reports
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to holistic care for each student
