Kelly® Professional & Industrial is looking for experienced Facilities Maintenance Techs to work at Jabil in Florence KY. These are temp to hire opportunities and a great way to get your foot in the door with one of the areas most respected companies!
Facilities Maintenance Tech requirements:
- Prior building/facility maintenance experience in electrical, welding, painting, plumbing, and/or carpentry is required
- Prior facilities maintenance experience in air compressors, air dryers, vacuum systems, HVAC, and/or DI water Systems is preferred
- High school diploma or GED is requiredpreferred
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, Thursday through Saturday and every other Wednesday, 5:30pm-5:30am
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. regularly throughout each shift
What’s a typical day as a Facilities Maintenance Tech?
You’ll be responsible for repair, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of manufacturing and warehouse facilities.
- Perform electrical, welding, painting, plumbing, and/or carpentry repairs.
- Troubleshoot and conduct periodic inspections to determine if maintenance work is required.
- Follow Preventive Maintenance Instructions and ensure that the records for such are properly documented.
- May perform or assist in the installation, relocation, and reinstallation of new and/or existing equipment.
- May perform or assist in the repair and maintenance of support equipment that includes but is not limited to, air compressors, air dryers, vacuum systems, HVAC, and DI water Systems.
