Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting a dynamic educational environment near Anoka, MN. Two positions are available, each offering the chance to make a profound impact from September 8, 2026, through June 10, 2027, with a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week. The setting includes working in one building serving both South and North Education Centers, with a focus on students in a setting 4 district who exhibit severe behavioral and physical disabilities.
Your expertise will serve approximately 35-40 students across multiple classrooms, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping individualized behavior intervention and support plans. Travel professionals are encouraged to apply for this meaningful assignment.
Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Prior experience in educational settings, particularly with students exhibiting significant behavioral and physical needs, is strongly preferred
- Skilled in Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to effectively manage paperwork, data collection, debrief sessions, and maintain compliance with district and state requirements
- Adaptable communication and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct FBAs and develop and monitor BIPs for a diverse student caseload
- Provide ongoing support, consultation, and professional development to school staff
- Facilitate debriefings and collaborate with educators and support personnel regularly
- Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation in alignment with district standards
- Serve as a key resource within a single building, contributing to a collaborative and supportive school culture
