Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Current, valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Rhode Island
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders among K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote generalization of skills in the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to support student success
