What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with the production and manufacturing of bonded materials and related products
• Operate basic production equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Inspect products and support quality control standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and protocols
• Support additional production duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
