Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Rhode Island (RI)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
- Previous experience in pediatric and school-based settings strongly preferred
- Strong collaboration skills to work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, student-centered learning environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with educational teams to integrate therapy strategies into classroom activities
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate regularly with families and educators
- Provide support, strategies, and resources to caregivers and staff
