Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What we’re looking for:
- Valid School Psychologist license in Minnesota
- Experience working with K-12 populations
- Ability to manage multiple school assignments and navigate a dynamic caseload
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultative skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Adaptability to changing priorities and the needs of students and staff
Role responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and interventions to students through counseling and crisis response
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for individuals and groups
- Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to address barriers to learning and facilitate student achievement
- Develop and help implement intervention strategies for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional challenges
- Serve as a valuable resource in the creation of IEPs and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all state and federal regulations
- Contribute positively to a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative school environment
