What we’re looking for:

• Valid School Psychologist license in Minnesota
• Experience working with K-12 populations
• Ability to manage multiple school assignments and navigate a dynamic caseload
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultative skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Adaptability to changing priorities and the needs of students and staff

Role responsibilities:

• Provide direct support and interventions to students through counseling and crisis response
• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for individuals and groups
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to address barriers to learning and facilitate student achievement
• Develop and help implement intervention strategies for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional challenges
• Serve as a valuable resource in the creation of IEPs and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all state and federal regulations
• Contribute positively to a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative school environment
