Shifts & Pay

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday — $19/hr
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday–Thursday — $20/hr
• Weekend Shift: 2:00 PM – 2:30 AM, Friday–Sunday — $21/hr

quick‑release couplings used in motion and control applications around the

What You’ll Do

• Assemble Components — Build quick‑release couplings with accuracy and consistency
• Operate Tools & Equipment — Use hand tools and assembly machinery
• Inspect Products — Verify functionality and meet quality standards
• Package completed assemblies for shipment
• Follow standard work instructions and all safety procedures
• Maintain a clean workspace using 5S principles
• Participate in A3 and 3‑Legged 5 Why continuous improvement activities
• Achieve 90%+ daily attainment
• Contribute to a positive, safety‑focused team environment

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in production, assembly, general labor, or packaging
• Ability to operate machines and perform inspections
• Comfortable using hand tools and assembly equipment
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Additional Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Dependable, motivated, and team‑oriented

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Grantsburg, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
