Maintenance Mechanic - Food Manufacturing

Are you a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and keeping production running smoothly? We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join a growing food manufacturing company supporting high-volume production operations.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment, conveyor systems, motors, pneumatic systems, and mechanical equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify root causes to minimize downtime
• Support production teams by responding to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests
• Read and interpret diagrams, equipment manuals, and technical specifications
• Complete maintenance projects and work orders safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Partner with operators and production staff to improve equipment reliability and performance

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing preferred)
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with pneumatic systems, motors, conveyors, and production equipment
• Ability to read technical diagrams and equipment manuals
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced production environment
