Construction Quality Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Construction Quality Engineer to oversee QA/QC activities on construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans.
• Perform site inspections and quality audits.
• Review inspection reports, test plans, and material submittals.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain quality documentation and reports.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial preferred), Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of construction QA/QC experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and quality standards.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and models.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• CQE, QMP, or similar certification.
• Experience with Life Sciences, GMP, or cleanroom projects.

Additional Information:

• On-site role in St. Louis, MO.
• Candidates are responsible for relocation expenses.
