Sales Support Assistant with Customer Service

Partners Professional is currently seeking candidates for an Inside Sales Support/Customer Service opening for our client in Alpharetta GA. This role is seeking candidates who enjoy a fast paced sales environment, building customer relationships and has strong organizational skills supporting the sales operations of their outside sales team as well as the Customer Service department with orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales inquiries and generate quotes
• Support outside sales team with order processing and customer follow-up
• Maintain CRM records and customer data accuracy
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Assist with reporting, forecasting, and sales analytics

Qualifications

• 2+ years inside sales, customer service, or sales support experience (B2B preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational ability
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Experience in labeling, packaging, or thermal transfer ribbon industry is a plus

This position will be onsite daily Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 and will initially start as a temp-to-hire position. It offers a nice mix of operational support, B2B customer service, and enhancement of the outside sales team. It is a fast growing team and selling a unique product that you are familiar with in seeing/using every day and our client is uniquely placed in the marketplace and successful.
