OverviewReady to take your maintenance career to the next level? We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our high-performing team in a fast-paced metal fabrication facility. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in keeping our state-of-the-art equipment—like our new blasting machine—running at peak performance while minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.

What You’ll Do- Perform preventative maintenance and repair on production and processing equipment
- Help install and commission new machinery, contributing to facility growth
- Partner with operators to troubleshoot issues and reduce downtime
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance using CMMS systems
- Support facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, compressors, boilers, fire protection, and electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and hazardous material handling
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Take part in special projects and process improvements
Required:
- 2+ years of maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred, but not required)
- Strong mechanical knowledge (belts, gears, bearings, motors, sensors, VFDs)
- Basic electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience in fast-paced, production-driven environments
- Familiarity with PLC systems
- A stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment
Preferred:
- Associate’s Degree in Electrical-Mechanical Technology or Industrial Maintenance
- Experience with welding, cutting, or fabrication
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office
- Oilfield or heavy equipment experience (a plus!)

- 1st Shift: Mon–Thurs | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Mon–Thurs | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (+$1/hr differential)
- 3rd Shift: Fri–Sun | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (+$2.50/hr differential)
Work in an active manufacturing environment with a variety of advanced machinery in a dynamic, hands-on setting.
