SCHEDULE
Day Shift
6:55 AM 3:30 PM
Monday Saturday
Weekend availability required
Days off may vary
JOB DUTIES
Assist customers in person and over the phone
Recommend lumber and hardware products confidently
Measure and cut wood accurately using a tape measure
Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate
Process purchases, returns, and refunds
Support yard operations and organize inventory
Stack lumber and maintain materials
Keep the yard and store clean and safe
Update customer accounts and interactions
Meet team goals and follow safety procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
Lumber or hardware experience required
Customer service experience preferred
Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
Basic computer skills
Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation
Must pass pre-employment background check
Must pass pre-employment U.A. including THC/Marijuana
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Valid Drivers License required upon permanent hire
