Are you a hands-on technician who thrives on fixing, improving, and optimizing industrial equipment? We’re looking for skilled Industrial Maintenance / PLC Technicians who can troubleshoot fast, think critically, and keep operations running smoothly.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Diagnose & repair mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment
• Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, motors, and high-voltage systems
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Work with hydraulics & pneumatics
• Read and interpret blueprints & electrical schematics
• Use tools daily for repairs, adjustments, and installs
• Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement
• Ensure safety standards including lockout/tagout compliance

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong skills in electrical & mechanical systems
• Experience troubleshooting production equipment
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and motor controls
• Ability to read schematics & blueprints

⭐ Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)

• PLC programming & troubleshooting
• Experience with VFDs & automation systems
• High-voltage electrical work
• Welding or fabrication basics
• CMMS experience

🕒 Shift Options

• 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stillwater, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
