We’re looking for skilled Industrial Maintenance / PLC Technicians who can troubleshoot fast, think critically, and keep operations running smoothly.
💼 What You’ll Do- Diagnose & repair mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment
- Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, motors, and high-voltage systems
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
- Work with hydraulics & pneumatics
- Read and interpret blueprints & electrical schematics
- Use tools daily for repairs, adjustments, and installs
- Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement
- Ensure safety standards including lockout/tagout compliance
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong skills in electrical & mechanical systems
- Experience troubleshooting production equipment
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and motor controls
- Ability to read schematics & blueprints
- PLC programming & troubleshooting
- Experience with VFDs & automation systems
- High-voltage electrical work
- Welding or fabrication basics
- CMMS experience

- Must be comfortable with physical work and noise
- 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stillwater, OK.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
