Assembler (Electronics Manufacturing)

We are currently seeking an Assembler for an electronics manufacturing environment in Bourne, MA. This role is ideal for candidates with prior manufacturing or assembly experience who are detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.

The Assembler will be responsible for assembling electronic components according to detailed written manufacturing instructions and product specifications. This role requires accuracy, consistency, and the ability to follow established procedures to ensure high-quality output.

Location: Bourne, MA
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble electronic components following written work instructions and specifications
• Use basic hand tools and applicable power tools (electric/pneumatic)
• Perform tasks with attention to detail in both assembly and documentation
• Follow established procedures and quality standards
• Work under immediate supervision and support team goals
• Assist team members as needed in a collaborative environment
• Maintain dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication and decision-making skills
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Preferred Experience:

• Prior soldering experience strongly preferred
• Previous exposure to electronic assembly or manufacturing environments a plus
