We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to support front-desk operations for a contract opportunity based in Bellevue, Washington. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, managing incoming communications, and keeping daily office activity organized. The successful candidate will bring prior front-office experience, strong phone etiquette, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a part-time setting.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, provide a positive first impression, and direct guests to the appropriate person or department.
• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering inbound calls promptly, routing inquiries accurately, and taking clear messages when needed.
• Support daily reception area operations by maintaining an organized front desk and ensuring routine administrative tasks are completed on time.
• Respond to general questions from callers and visitors with discretion and attention to detail.
• Coordinate communication flow between staff, clients, and external contacts to help maintain smooth office operations.
• Monitor incoming calls across several lines while prioritizing urgent matters and maintaining excellent customer service.
• Assist with part-time front-office coverage and help ensure consistent reception support during scheduled working hours.• At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front-desk support role.
• Demonstrated ability to operate a multi-line phone or switchboard system handling up to 10 lines.
• Experience answering and directing inbound calls in a detail-oriented office environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a courteous, service-oriented approach.
• Ability to stay organized, manage competing priorities, and work effectively in a part-time position.
• Proficiency in standard receptionist duties, including message handling, visitor assistance, and call routing.
