Per Diem Pharmacy Technician - Citrus Heights, CA

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Support pharmacy operations in the greater Sacramento area, including potential shifts in Lodi and Stockton. This per diem position requires flexible availability to cover multiple locations across the region. The role provides consistent weekly work, allowing for steady revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Perform typical retail pharmacy duties such as answering phones, data entry, label printing, and filling/dispensing prescriptions
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Manage inventory, including receiving takebacks and restocking supplies
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth pharmacy operations
• Maintain clear communication with staff and customers to provide excellent service

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of recent high-volume retail pharmacy technician experience
• Proven ability to work well in a team environment with strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel within the greater Sacramento area to support multiple pharmacy locations
• Must be able to start as soon as possible and work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
