Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Walterboro, SC
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 per year
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team in Walterboro, South Carolina. What You'll Do
•Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and clinical evaluations
•Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
•Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
•Analyze treatment data and modify programs based on client progress
•Provide parent and caregiver training
•Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
•Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
•Ensure compliance with BACB ethical and professional standards
Qualifications
Required:
•Active BCBA Certification
•Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
•Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
•Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred:
•Experience with assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and AFLS
•Experience supervising RBTs and providing clinical oversight
