Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a difference supporting students’ communication skills in a dynamic school environment as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll have the chance to collaborate with a team of educators and specialists, ensuring students reach their fullest potential through strong communication and language development.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current licensure as an SLP (or eligible for licensure)
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to various student needs and learning styles
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication skills
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services individually or in groups within the school setting
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other providers to maximize student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to developing student goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of evaluations, progress, and communication with stakeholders
  • Support and educate school staff and families on strategies to encourage communication growth
