Join our dynamic team as an Electrical Assembler, where you will be responsible for installing electrical wiring and assembling components in accordance with blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics. You will plan layouts, adjust, fit, and align large or complex units to meet inspection standards. This role requires compliance with Electrostatic Discharge procedures and may necessitate soldering certification. You will mount motor/generator sets, install lubrication systems, and complete wiring as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Install electrical wiring and assemble components according to blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Plan layouts, adjust, fit, and align large or complex units to meet inspection standards.
- Comply with Electrostatic Discharge procedures when required.
- Mount motor/generator sets in housings or on bases and install lubrication systems.
- Complete wiring as needed and perform other duties as designated by the supervisor.
- 8,000 hours of experience to acquire necessary skills and techniques.
- Knowledge of designs, materials, equipment, methods, and procedures.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints.
- Assembly skills.
- Vocational or high school graduate.
- Formal training program or equivalent on-the-job training in electrical and mechanical principles.

Work Environment
Work in a flexible environment with different shift options: 1st Shift (6am-4pm, Monday-Thursday), 2nd Shift (4pm-2am, Monday-Thursday), or 4th Shift Weekend (6am-6pm, Friday-Sunday).

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $56239.00 - $65368.00/yr.
