Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current Colorado SLP license or eligibility, CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow (CFY) welcome
  • Previous experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings highly preferred
  • Proficiency in teletherapy practices is an asset
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to evidence-based interventions and professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Create, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans for students from diverse backgrounds
  • Offer both direct therapy and consultative support, including teletherapy where appropriate
  • Collaborate actively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation to support student progress and compliance
  • Support IEP meetings and advocate for student needs across school environments
