Job Description

This full-time, year-round Warehouse Worker role operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You will organize and maintain a warehouse that stores water tanks, reverse osmosis (RO) systems, plumbing equipment, and related materials. The warehouse is designed to be run by one person, so reliability, independence, and pride in maintaining a clean and efficient workspace are essential. You will also support operations by riding along on deliveries as needed.

Responsibilities

• Organize, store, and maintain inventory of water tanks, RO systems, plumbing equipment, and related materials in an orderly and accessible manner.
• Operate a sit-down propane forklift safely to move, load, and unload materials throughout the warehouse and yard.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment, taking pride in the appearance and functionality of the workspace.
• Independently manage daily warehouse tasks, ensuring the facility runs smoothly with minimal supervision.
• Assist with deliveries by riding along with drivers, helping load and unload materials at customer or job sites as needed.
• Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and report any issues promptly.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating equipment and handling heavy materials.
• Support general logistics and material handling tasks to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Essential Skills

• Proven ability to operate a sit-down propane forklift safely and efficiently.
• Experience working in a warehouse or similar material-handling environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely as part of daily duties.
• Reliability and strong work ethic, with the ability to run a warehouse independently.
• Attention to detail in organizing inventory and maintaining a clean workspace.

• Comfort working around water tanks, RO systems, and plumbing equipment.
• Willingness to ride along on deliveries and assist with loading and unloading.
• Commitment to following safety procedures in both warehouse and delivery settings.

Work Environment

You will regularly operate a sit-down propane forklift and handle heavy materials. Work takes place Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., offering consistent daytime hours. The setting combines indoor warehouse tasks with outdoor loading, unloading, and occasional ride-along deliveries, requiring comfort with varying temperatures and physical activity.

This is a Contract position based out of Moorhead, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
