Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Rhode Island
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Knowledge of evidence-based intervention strategies for a diverse student population
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, families, and other professionals to maximize student progress
- Document and report on student progress, maintaining compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary educational team
