Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Valid Alaska SLP or SLPA license required
- SLPs must hold (or be eligible to obtain) Alaska Educator Certification
- SLPA candidates only need current Alaska SLPA license
- Background or experience in pediatric or school-based settings greatly valued
- SLP Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced clinicians both welcome
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to a diverse student population (pre-K–12)
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Complete evaluations, progress reports, and maintain precise documentation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administration, and families
- Manage a caseload, with SLPs overseeing up to approximately 55 students
- Employ evidence-based intervention, supporting students’ academic and social development
