Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Ideal Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Appropriate New Hampshire licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered
- School-based or pediatric experience a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Compassionate, student-centered approach to therapy
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain thorough records of student progress and prepare required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations for interventions and supports
