Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

You will work alongside dedicated educators and families, delivering personalized speech therapy services to help students thrive.

Ideal Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Appropriate New Hampshire licensure or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered
  • School-based or pediatric experience a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Compassionate, student-centered approach to therapy

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain thorough records of student progress and prepare required documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations for interventions and supports
