Job Description
Adecco is hiring immediately for a Production role with Charles Industries in Canton, MO, offering weekly pay starting at $15.00-$17.50 per hour along with competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options.
As an Assembler, you will perform essential hands-on work assembling telecommunications enclosures by building box components, installing internal hardware that supports critical communication systems, following detailed instructions, using tools and materials, and contributing to a team-focused production environment where accuracy and reliability are key.
These production roles require a High School Diploma or GED, prior warehouse or assembly experience is a plus. The ability to operate power and hand tools, lift up to 50 lbs., and stand for an entire shift is required. Steel-toed boots are also required.
Available Shifts: Monday–Friday
· 1st Shift — 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM — $15.00/hour
· 2nd Shift — 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM — $17.50/hour
· 3rd Shift — 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM — $17.00/hour (Starts Sunday night)

Pay Details: $15.00 to $17.50 per hour
