Typedatain computer other sources into the newdatabase
Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare sourcedatafor computer entry
Correct and modify inaccurate files and records
Research and get information for incomplete documents
Applydataprogram techniques and procedures
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
Scan documents and print files
Keep information confidential
Respond to requests for information and access relevant files
Comply withdataintegrity and security policies
Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
3rd Shift - $19
Monday - Friday
DataCoordinatorexperience preferred
GED / High School Diploma
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
Provendataentry work experience, as aDataentry operator or Office clerk
Experience with MS Office anddataprograms
Familiarity with administrative duties
Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner
Typing speed and accuracy
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
Attention to detail
Confidentiality
Organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
Able to pass a backgroundcheck
Able to work in the US
