Production Worker Needed in Youngstown Morning Shift

Pay: $17.00 per hour
Purpose: Responsible for constructing insulating cylinders and components for the transformer industry using various hand tools and machinery in a fast-paced environment.
Shift: 2PM - 10:30PM

Responsibilities:

Inspect machines before startup
Set up and troubleshoot machines, making necessary adjustments
Troubleshoot maintenance and quality issues
Perform daily cleaning and operator-controlled preventive maintenance
Perform measurement and inspection tasks
Operate multiple woodworking machines (drill press, band saw, shear, table)
Interpret drawings
Use tape measures, calipers, and micrometers
Cut, sand, and shape materials to drawing specifications
Group work orders, ensuring all material is collected and labeled
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines
Correctly label parts with discretion and part numbers
Desired Skills/Qualifications:

Excellent math skills
Strong ability to work within a team environment
Experience with woodworking machinery and hand tools
Ability to work within strict guidelines and follow SOPs
Blueprint and drawing reading skills are an asset
