Job Description

·                     Lead and oversee all Safety initiatives (80%) and Environmental Health programs (20%) within a non-union manufacturing environment

·                     Develop, improve, and upgrade safety policies, procedures, and protocols to drive operational excellence

·                     Design and deliver comprehensive safety training programs for all levels of the organization

·                     Conduct thorough safety audits to identify risks and implement corrective actions

·                     Perform detailed incident investigations and root cause analyses to prevent recurrence

·                     Ensure full compliance with all OSHA and EPA regulations across the facility

Key Requirements

·                     Bachelor of Science degree required; technical degree strongly preferred

·                     Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment (MFG background required)
