Title: Customer Concierge Specialist
Location: Evans/Greeley, CO
Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, daytime shift
Pay Rate: 20-22/hr
Required Skills & Experience:
- Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call center, or similar preferred)
- Spanish speaker
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear manner
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to customer homes
- Comfortable working with a flexible schedule
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Basic understanding of Wi-Fi setup and streaming services (training provided)
Job Description:
The company specializes in delivering fiber internet services to residential and small business customers. This individual plays a key role in helping new customers transition seamlessly to our clients services by delivering a high-touch, white-glove onboarding experience. In this role, you will visit customers in their homes to assist with canceling their previous service providers, setting up home Wi-Fi networks, and providing hands-on training for streaming services. Acting as a trusted guide, you will clearly explain next steps, answer questions with patience and professionalism, and proactively identify and resolve any obstacles that could delay service activation. This position requires strong customer service skills, as you will be responsible for troubleshooting basic connectivity issues, addressing concerns with empathy, and ensuring each customer feels confident and supported throughout the process. Additionally, you will report customer feedback and common issues to help drive continuous improvement, all while representing our client with a customer-first mindset and a commitment to service excellence.
