Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Pennsylvania SLP-CCC licensure and educational credentials required
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children
  • Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and case management
  • Strong communication skills with students, families, and staff
  • Ability to travel to multiple campus locations, as assignments may vary
  • Organizational skills for balancing caseload documentation and direct intervention
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive, individualized student progress

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop/implement individualized treatment plans for students K–12
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services in accordance with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with special and general education teams to promote optimal student learning
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including progress notes and compliance records
  • Consult with families and school staff on strategies for carryover of skills
  • Participate in team meetings, eligibility, and annual reviews as needed
