Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Pennsylvania SLP-CCC licensure and educational credentials required
- Previous experience working with school-aged children
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and case management
- Strong communication skills with students, families, and staff
- Ability to travel to multiple campus locations, as assignments may vary
- Organizational skills for balancing caseload documentation and direct intervention
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, individualized student progress
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop/implement individualized treatment plans for students K–12
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with special and general education teams to promote optimal student learning
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including progress notes and compliance records
- Consult with families and school staff on strategies for carryover of skills
- Participate in team meetings, eligibility, and annual reviews as needed
