Companion Care Needed

Help needed for my mother in her 80s - seeking part-time hands-on care. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. Some light tidying up is involved such as changing bed linen and taking heavy trash bags out. We're looking for someone to provide companionship and encourage walking and movement. There maybe times when she needs transportation to health appointments or shopping errands. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
