Nanny Needed For My Children

Must be reliable & a good communicator. We will need transport from daycare in the afternoons to help with both kids, so a car and ideally the ability to keep 2 carseats (provided) with you is preferred. We like to get the kids home, snacks, play, and help with letting our dog out into our fenced in yard before a parent gets home. My job can keep me late depending on caseload, so I need someone who can do it on their own if I am not home yet. When I get home (if at a reasonable time), I typically make dinner but like having help with baths and bedtime. My husband's schedule varies week to week, so our needs also vary (usually about 10-15 hours per week).
