Childcare Needed

Im looking for a nanny in-home I can come and care for my son while Im working here from home as Im a dog trainer I mostly work from home. but when Im working, I need someone here to care for him as as well as if I have to leave to give lessons, etc. I live in a neighborhood and close to nearby parks. Which I also utilize for myself while Im working dogs, but I need someone there I can tell to my son as well. Hes just starting to crawl and stand.
