Babysitter Needed

I am looking for care weekday afternoons from 3pm-7 p.m. (20 hours a week), plus occasional overnights when both my husband and I are traveling for work. The two older kids will need driven to extracurricular activities. My 7th grader will likely be doing track or volleyball, and my 9th grader will be doing clubs at school. My youngest will need to be met when she gets off the bus (she will be in kindergarten). She will want to have a structured afternoon and entry into dinner--a routine of playing outside, doing quiet table work, and watching one television show. We will be back for dinner in the evenings.
