Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position at an acute care hospital, requiring ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications with night shift availability.

Details\n

• Work in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) of a 255-bed acute care hospital
\n
• Adult patient population including cardiac, neuro, renal, infectious disease, and pulmonary cases
\n
• Patient ratio of 1:5
\n
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 6:30 PM – 7:15 AM
\n
• Every other Saturday required; Sundays off
\n
• Charting via Meditech
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Active RN license — Virginia (VA) state or Compact license required
\n
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
\n
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
\n
• Permanent address must be 50+ miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
\n
