RN – ER Charge Nurse (Ganado, AZ) / Charge RN experience required / 13-week contract at Sage Memorial Hospital / Nights, 7-on/7-off schedule, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours/week / Critical Access Hospital ER / Active AZ or Compact RN license required / BLS required; ACLS, PALS, and NRP required within 45 days of hire / Minimum 2 years ED experience preferred / Responsible for charge duties, triage, emergency patient care, IV starts, EKGs, medication administration, trauma response, and Code Blue/Rapid Response participation / Experience with ESI triage, cardiac monitoring, and emergency procedures required / Must be comfortable caring for adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients in a fast-paced rural emergency department.
