Our organization is looking to welcome a board-certified or board-eligible family medicine physician to join our team in Clear Lake, South Dakota.

• Competitive base salary of $350,000

• Retention bonus of $100,000, distributed over three years

• Involvement in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency care

• Work within a 25-bed critical access hospital

• On-call schedule of 1:4
