Key Responsibilities

• Work in an inpatient acute psychiatric unit
• Manage care for 12 to 14 patients per shift
• Provide treatment for anxiety, affective disorders, ADD/ADHD, personality disorders, and psychotic disorders
• Conduct group therapy sessions and administer pharmacotherapy
• Experience with involuntary commitments and restraint application is essential
• Maintain a 4:1 ratio of follow-ups to new evaluations
• Average patient length of stay is approximately 10 days

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranges from $185.00 to $220.00
• Compensation estimates may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience, and qualifications
• All-inclusive rates encompass base pay along with potential earnings from overtime, on-call duties, and holiday pay
