Family Medicine Faculty Physician Opportunity in Southern Illinois - Loan Repay

Our organization, a federally qualified health center situated in southern Illinois with several locations, is seeking to expand its team by adding a Family Medicine Physician for a Faculty teaching role. You will collaborate within a team-oriented environment to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients.

About the Position:

• Faculty teaching role

• Primarily outpatient responsibilities with approximately 8 weeks of inpatient care annually

• Four half-day clinical sessions each week, averaging 10-12 patients per session

• Allocated time for academic pursuits and scholarly activities

• Involvement in obstetrics, including vaginal deliveries; no cesarean sections

• On-call schedule is 1:4

• The facility includes 4 Family Medicine Physicians, along with OBGYN, Pediatrics, and Behavioral Health specialists

• Utilization of Athena EMR system

Compensation and Benefits:
