Assignment Details

- Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements
- Active California RN license (must be in hand within 2 weeks)
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year RN Outpatient Clinic experience
- Epic experience highly Required
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient nursing care in a neurology clinic setting
- Conduct patient assessments and medication reconciliation
- Interpret and communicate laboratory results
- Manage telephone triage, MyChart messages, and follow‑up calls
- Assist with infusion coordination (approx. 8 orders/week)
- Provide patient education and care coordination
- Document all care accurately in Epic EMR
