Job Description
Our organization is currently seeking board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physicians to become part of our Urgent Care teams in Springfield, Missouri, and the surrounding regions of southwest Missouri. We are expanding our team due to exceptional physician retention and growth. Position Highlights:Full-time positions require 13 shifts per month.
12-hour shifts available, with options for day or night schedules.

We are also offering Faculty positions within our Family Medicine Residency Programs located in Springfield and Branson, Missouri. We are looking for full-time faculty members who are board certified and possess a keen interest in teaching comprehensive family medicine. While academic experience is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.
Choose between two excellent locations: our well-established community-based program in Springfield or our new Branson program, which will welcome its inaugural class of four in 2026.
