Our organization is in search of an Orthopedic Surgeon to offer locum tenens coverage in Iowa.

Key Responsibilities

• Must be Board Certified.
• Provide 24-hour on-call coverage along with follow-up clinic duties.
• Coverage is required from June 23-26 and July 3-15, with ongoing opportunities available.
• Supervision of Advanced Practice Providers (APP) is anticipated.
• Required surgical procedures include total hip, knee, and shoulder replacements, as well as hand, wrist, knee, shoulder, hip, ankle, and foot surgeries. Additionally, trauma care, fracture management, sports medicine, and treatment of various disorders are expected.
• An active Iowa medical license is mandatory.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Current and valid Iowa medical license.
• Experience in the required surgical procedures.
