Job Opening: Family Medicine Physician

Join our team in a patient-focused medical home environment alongside two primary care physicians and four advanced practice providers. We are looking for a Family Medicine physician to become part of a unique outpatient model, where you will manage approximately ten patient visits daily while supervising the care provided by APPs, who each see around twenty patients per day.
