Description:

- This is combined Tele/CVC/IMC department \t
- 1YR experience required; will accept first-time travelers with strong skill/experience in Telemetry/PCU and cardiac, comfortable with 1:4 patient ratio's \t
- License/certs required: RN MD state license, BLS, ACLS, NIH required \t
- Avg Daily Census: 23 \t
- # Beds: 25 \t
- Ratio: 1:4 (IMC 1:3) \t
- Scrub color: Navy blue \t
- Patient Age Range: Adult/Geriatric \t
- Patient Diagnoses: CAD/chest pain, STEMI/NSTEMI, HTN, AFib and other dysrhythmia's, CHF, post-pacemaker/stent \t
- Special Procedures/Unit Details: drips- amiodarone, cardizem, heparin \t
- busy unit; works in both CVC and IMC (they are combined into one cost center so it's not considering floating but the IMC has 1:3 ratio)

- Weekends: every other weekend required \t
- Holidays: required as they fall, as scheduled \t
- Floating: required within the specialty and lower acuity as needed, including same-like unit IMC \t
- On-call: pre-scheduled on-call shifts not required
