CRNA - Anesthesiology job available in Bluffton, Indiana

We are seeking a Board Eligible CRNA for a high-priority, long-term assignment in Indiana. This is a critical launch for Community Health Systems (CHS) Hospital Based Providers (HBP). Due to the tight onboarding schedule, the facility requires a hyper-responsive provider with an immaculate profile who can complete credentialing documents within a strict timeline.

• July 8 (Orientation): Mandatory attendance required.
• July 9 & 10: Regular clinical shifts (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
• EMR: SAN ANES 
• Strict Credentialing Rules & Deadlines

• Licensure: An active Indiana (IN) license number must be provided at submission. IMLC letter numbers are not accepted in the license field.

• Certification: Board Eligible (BE) 
• Life Support: Active ACLS and PALS certifications are mandatory.
• Geographic Restriction: Provider must live 90+ miles away from the facility to qualify for this assignment.
