• Shift: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts
• Floating: Required (Main OR, Endoscopy, Outpatient Surgery)

 

🏥 Facility Overview

• 6 Operating Rooms
• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• Team: RNs, CSTs, OR Aides, Anesthesia Techs
• EMR: Meditech
• Equipment: Stryker, Steris, Olympus, Zimmer, Mizuho

 

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Function as a Circulating RN in the OR
• Maintain sterile environment and ensure surgical safety
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical staff
• Monitor patients throughout procedures
• Manage documentation and workflow efficiently

 

🛠️ Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year OR RN circulating experience
• Active RN license (as required by state)
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Strong perioperative and patient safety knowledge

 

⭐ Preferred Skills

• Experience with Da Vinci Robotics
• Background in orthopedic, spine, urology, or general surgery
