Our organization is looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to become part of a thriving outpatient clinic located in coastal Maine. This position provides an established patient base, competitive compensation, and a favorable work-life balance.

Key Features

• Option for a 4-day work week

• No on-call responsibilities

• Manage 20-25 patients daily

• Incentives based on RVU production

• Opportunities for optional ED moonlighting

• Utilization of Cerner EMR system

Salary and Benefits

• Base salary of $300,000

• Sign-on bonus of $50,000

• Housing allowance of $35,000

• 4-6 weeks of paid time off (PTO)

• 1 week for continuing medical education (CME) plus a $5,000 allowance

• 5 sick days
