We invite you to join a faith-oriented provider group with over 25 members, operating across three locations in North Carolina. With two physicians set to retire at our Rocky Mount site in the next two years, we are actively seeking Family Medicine physicians to join our team.

Opportunity Overview

• Enjoy a 4.5-day workweek focused exclusively on outpatient care.

• Our group employs a hospitalist program for enhanced patient management.

• Manage a patient load of 20 to 25 individuals daily.

• Utilize eClinical Works for electronic medical records.

• Experience minimal on-call duties.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $220K to $250K, based on experience and training, plus performance-based bonuses.

• Comprehensive benefits package including malpractice insurance, health coverage (with the organization covering 75% for employees and their families), life insurance, dental plans, and a retirement plan with employer contributions. Enjoy 4 weeks of vacation, including 1 week for continuing medical education (CME), along with a $3000 CME stipend.

• Receive a $20K signing bonus—$10K upon contract signing and $10K upon starting your practice.

• Relocation assistance of $10K is also available.
