ENT needed for Hospital call coverage

Our organization is collaborating with a Level II medical facility located in Florida, looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) specialist to provide call coverage in 2026. The coverage is anticipated to begin in January and may continue through February, March, and potentially beyond. This role focuses on the ENT service line and includes various responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing call coverage for ENT services
• Conducting consults and inpatient rounding
• Managing emergent cases
• Performing follow-up care

Position Details

• Level II Trauma facility
• No outpatient clinic duties required
• Assignments ranging from 3 to 10 days throughout 2026
• Low to moderate patient volume expected
• Compensation includes a daily rate along with hourly incentives
